Ardmore: The Ardmore Music Hall will hold a "Family Jam" event with a noon ball drop, Kids Zone, cash bar, family photo booth, and live music from Alex and The Kaleidoscope.

Manayunk: The Manayunk Brewery will host a New Year's Eve Bash beginning at 8 p.m. Sona Pub and Kitchen will also host New Year's Eve Party starting at 9 p.m.

Valley Forge: Valley Forge Casino is having a number of events, including an "Elegant White Party" beginning at 8:30 p.m. Click here for more information. There will also be a Dueling Pianos event which includes an open bar and buffet; details are forthcoming.

West Chester: An array of local restaurants and bars will have specials. Details are forthcoming.

The Uptown! Knauer Performing Arts Center will hold the Diamonds and Denim New Year's Eve Gala.

Why you should watch: For the first time ever, Anderson Cooper will host CNN's annual New Year's Eve Live special with none other than "Watch What Happens Live" host Andy Cohen. As these two are best friends in real life, you can expect tons witty banter and hilarious moments from the pair. The Bravo mogul will replace Cooper's former co-host Kathy Griffin, whom CNN fired after her controversial Donald Trump photoshoot.

Why you should watch: Remember last year's infamous Mariah Carey mic incident? Yes, it happened on Seacrest's watch. So if that's any indication, this could be a good one to tune-in to.
