Tredyffrin/Easttown School District Offering 2nd Vaccine Clinic

TREDYFFRIN, PA – The Tredyfrrin/Easttown School District is offering a COVID-19 second dose vaccine clinic for students who have received their first dose.

The clinic will be held on Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Conestoga High School, for children who received their first Pfizer dose at the TESD vaccine clinic at Conestoga High School on May 4.

Parents need to complete a consent form and bring a printed copy of it to the clinic. Blank forms will be available at the site if needed.

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
