Tredyffrin Historic House Tour Set For Sept. 9

Tredyffrin’s 11th Annual Historic House Tour is set for Sept. 19. It will take place from noon to 5 p.m., featuring “eight private historic homes plus the historic one-room schoolhouse,” according to the Tredyffrin Historic Preservation Trust website.

In addition, a ’Jazz & Just Desserts’ preview party will take place the weekend before, on Sunday, Sept. 13 at historic Duportail House in Chesterbrook. The event will feature desserts, drinks and live jazz music by Philadelphia’s own Tom Lawton Trio.

Tickets are $35 for the tour, $30 for the party and $60 for both. They can be purchased here.
