Two Men in Vans Reported Watching Children in Wayne, Police Say

One was taking photos with a cell phone camera, the other wore a ski mask, according to a students at St. Katharine of Siena School.

Two students at St. Katharine of Siena School in Wayne reported two separate incidents of suspicious men watching children outside of the school, Radnor Patch is reporting.

On Monday, around 10 a.m., a 10-year-old reported seeing a man in his 20s in a white old-model Ford Econoline van parked on Midland Avenue taking photos with a smart phone.

The second report came Wednesday, April 10, when a 7-year-old reported that she saw a man sitting in a blue van in the parking lot across the street wearing a ski mask.

Tredyffrin Police recently released a sketch of a man who allegedly attempted to lure a child into a blue van in a Wayne neighborhood on March 26.

It is unclear at this time whether there is any connection between that report and the two more recent reports in Radnor Township.
