BAD CHECKS
8/12/15 at 1334 hours – Old Eagle School Road in Wayne. Detectives charged Christopher Piccone, 40, of Malvern, PA with Bad Checks after he paid for services with a check from a closed account.

BURGLARY
8/27/15 at 1758 hours – South Valley Road in Paoli. It was reported that unknown actor(s) broke into the building and pried open mailboxes. It is unknown if anything of value was taken at this time.

POSSESSION
8/27/15 at 2324 hours – Walker Road in Wayne. Officers responded to the report of an occupied suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. Jawan Dixon, 27, of Downingtown, PA was charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia after officers detected the odor of marijuana in the vehicle.
POSSESSION
8/28/15 at 0924 hours – South Valley Road in Paoli. Stephen Olitsky, 50, of Gwynedd Valley, PA was charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana after officers detected the odor of marijuana in his vehicle.
THEFT
8/28/15 at 1139 hours – 400 block of School Lane in Wayne. The victim reported their generator stolen from their garage. It is unknown when the theft occurred. The generator is valued at approximately $1,999.00
CREDIT CARD FRAUD
8/29/15 – 300 block of Friendship Drive in Paoli. The victim reported their credit card was fraudulently used for purchases in New York that totaled over $2,300. The case is under investigation.
BURGLARY/VEHICLE THEFT
8/31/15 at 0651 hours – Princeton Road in Wayne. The victim discovered their vehicle missing as well as items that were on the kitchen counter including a wallet, cell phone and keys for the vehicle. The vehicle was later recovered in Norristown, PA. The case is currently under investigation.
THEFT
9/1/15 at 1022 hours – Medi Weight Loss Center in Berwyn. An employee of the location reported that a UPS delivered package was stolen from the business. The package contained bottles of prescription medication. The case is under investigation.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE
9/1/15 at 1306 hours – Bracken Avenue in Paoli. The victim discovered items stolen from their vehicle. Items included a GPS, Beats headphones, sneakers, prescription medication and loose change. Estimated loss is over $400.00.
