7 Timoney Knox Attorneys Included in 2019 Super Lawyers List

Many of the lawyers have been added to the prestigious list for several consecutive years.

Fort Washington-based Timoney Knox, LLP is pleased to announce that seven of its attorneys were nominated by colleagues and selected for inclusion as 2019 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® or Rising Stars®.

The Super Lawyers list recognizes no more than 5 percent of attorneys in each state. The Super Lawyers Rising Stars list recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state. To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger, or in practice for 10 years or less.

The following Timoney Knox, LLP attorneys have been chosen for inclusion in the 2019 Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists:

Kevin D. Birkhead, Estate and Probate, has been included in the Rising Stars lists every year since 2014.

Thomas A. Boulden, Estate and Trust Litigation, has been included in the Super Lawyers lists every year since 2014.

Catherine M. “Kate” Harper, Land Use/Zoning has been included in the Super Lawyers lists from 2012 through 2016, and in 2019.

Andrew W. Knox, Personal Injury-Medical Malpractice (Plaintiff), has been included in the Rising Stars lists in 2018 and 2019.

George M. Riter, Estate and Probate, has been included in the Super Lawyers lists every year since 2006.

Eric B. Smith, Real Estate, has been included in the Rising Stars lists every year from 2005 through 2008, 2010 through 2012, and has been included on the Super Lawyers lists every year since 2013.

Scott H. Wolpert, Schools and Education, has been included in the Super Lawyers lists every year since 2015.
