Oreland Man Killled In Hawaii DUI Crash
The DUI crash that took the life of a young Oreland man and world traveler was reportedly called "one of Honolulu's worst."

ORELAND, PA — The suspect in a Hawaii DUI crash that took the life of a young Montgomery County man and two others has pleaded not guilty, according to court documents.
The suspect, Alins Sumang, faces three counts of manslaughter for the Jan. 28 incident, where he reportedly veered across several lanes and smashed into the middle of a crowded intersection. He also hit a truck. Three other people were injured, police said.
One of the three victims killed was Casimir Pokorny, 26, an Oreland native who loved photography and traveling the world. According to his obituary, he had also spent time with his camera in places like India and Paris, in addition to Hawaii.

"He had a true talent for capturing the moment and making short films," his obituary reads. "When Casimir was not busy filming or taking pictures, you could always find him mixing and composing his own beats and music."
The fatal crash was called "one of Honolulu's worst" by local police, according to 6ABC.

Sumang remains on prison on $1 million bail. A trial is set for April, court documents show.
