UPPER DUBLIN, PA — An accident near the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Upper Dublin slowed traffic on Tuesday afternoon.
The incident occurred at about 1:45 p.m. at the Susquehanna Road underpass, according to Montco PA Active Incidents.
