Timoney Knox Welcomes New Associate

Timoney Knox, LLP is pleased to announce that Michael V. Di Girolamo joined the Fort Washington-based law firm.

Di Girolamo, an associate with the firm, concentrates his practice in the areas of business and corporate law, intellectual property and trusts and estates. He assists clients in forming corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, buying and selling businesses, employment-related matters, contract preparation and negotiation, and intellectual property, as well as civil and commercial litigation in those areas.

He received his Juris Doctor from the Widener University School of Law. Di Girolamo also holds a Biology degree from Franklin & Marshall College. During his time at Widener, he served as a certified legal intern for the Montgomery County District Attorney’s office and as an intern for the Honorable Judge John E. Jones, III in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

A Blue Bell native, Di Girolamo, of Philadelphia, volunteers with Focused Athletics in Philadelphia, as well as Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts (PVLA). He is a member of the Montgomery Bar Association.
