Upper Dublin Area Properties Up For Sheriff's Sale

Hundreds of properties in Montgomery County, including 9 in our area, will be on the block for the monthly sheriff's sale on June 26.

More than 500 properties are on the list for the Montgomery County Sheriff's Sale on June 26, including 9 in the Upper Dublin area.

The sale starts at 1 p.m. in Court Room A at the Montgmery County Court House in Norristown.

Each buyer must have a minimum total bid available for each property to sell, and the winning bidder must have ten percent of the sale price at the auction; the remaining portion is due within ten days of the sale.
