Upper Dublin Man Fatally Stabbed Mother's Boyfriend In Neck: DA
The couple were arguing in the bedroom when the woman's son came in. Accounts differ as to what exactly happened next, the DA said.

UPPER DUBLIN, PA — An Upper Dublin man has been aarreste after stabbing his mother's boyfriend to death in the neck early Saturday morning, authorities said.
The incident occurred at around 5:06 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 2 on the 100 block of Girard Avenue in the North Hills section.
Johnny Johnson, 49, was arguing with his girlfriend — the mother of Jules Demetris Ross Jr., 26 — when Ross knocked at the door and told Johnson to "cut the noise," according to a criminal complaint.

Ross' mother told Ross they fine and just arguing, the complaint states. The argument continued for several more minutes and Ross returned.
As Ross' mother tells it, Ross charged past her, shouted "you hitting my mom," and stabbed Johnson in the neck with a knife, the complaint states.

Ross told police that he came in saw Johnson "standing over" his mother, and that Johnson then started swinging at Ross.
Ross was charged with first degree murder. No bail is available for that charge and he was booked at Montgomery County Correctional Facility.
A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 15.
