Only certified municipalities receive payments, but that includes most in Montgomery County. Roadways are eligible to be considered for reimbursement if they meet certain requirements, including being formally adopted as a public street by the municipality, and the ability to safely accommodate vehicles traveling at least 15 miles per hour.
