2018 Warminster Day Celebration Set For June 9

The 2018 Warminster Day celebration will be held June 9 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Warminster Community Park.

The day will feature lots of free family fun, including live music, magicians, inflatables, clowns, demonstrations, vendors, games, historical reenactments, a rock wall, and much more. There will be several food trucks present offering up an array of tasty treats.

Highlights include:

• 15th Anniversary celebration of Warminster Community Park
• Ground breaking for grant construction with a “Dancing Digger”
• Live entertainment, including: Warminster Symphony; Steve Pullara Cool Beans Music; Society of Young Magicians; Melissa Martin & the Mighty Rhythm Kings; Log College Middle School Orchestra
• Free inflatables and rock wall
• Photo Wall
• Warminster Library Story Times
• Magicians, Clowns, & Heroes Unites - Super Heroes
• Kruisin’ Canines and K9 Search & Rescue demos at Bark Park
• Midway Games
• Food Trucks, including Nina’s Waffles & Ice Cream, Chef Johnny Bravo’s Surf & Turf, It’s A Wrap, Tim’s Barbecue, Rock N Roll Eggrolls, Donuts NV and more
• A history area featuring 5th Pennsylvania Regiment reenactors encampment, John Fitch steamboat demo, Craven Hall, Warminster Historical Society, William Tennent House, Hartsville Antique Fire Truck; Johnsville Centrifuge and Science Museum
• Demos, including beekeeping, karate, fitness and fire department
• Old Fashioned Family Fun, including a shaving cream beard race, Sack race, mummy contest, family egg toss, pie eating and more
• Community and business vendor marketplace

Admission and parking is free. The event is held rain or shine. Warminster Community Park is located at Hatboro and Bristol Roads (350 E. Bristol Rd).
