Closures, Detours Planned On Newtown Road In Warminster (ICYMI)
The closures will be needed as crews work to replace a failing pipe in the area, officials say.
WARMINSTER, PA — Work on a storm pipe on Newtown Road in Warminster will cause the road to be closed down intermittently starting on Thursday.
Warminster Township Manager Gregg Schuster said the closures, in the area of Ann Lane, are set to begin on Thursday, May 2, from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. The project is expected to take two or three days as crews replace a failing pipe, Schuster said.
Closures will be intermittent during that time and detours will be established by work crews, according to Schuster.
