This submission comes from Cassandra Clarhaut, who nominated Stephanie Sauers-Boyd of Warminster. Stephanie founded and runs Sauers Cares, a nonprofit dedicated to helping with local problems. She's been volunteering since age 13, when her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer.
