Eagles Now Worth $1.75B, Forbes Says

According to Forbes' 2014 assessment of the value of NFL teams, the Eagles are the 7th most valuable team in the league.

The Philadelphia Eagles are the 7th most valuable team in the NFL, according to a new analysis by Forbes.

According to Forbes’ 2014 assessment of the value of National Football League teams, the Eagles are currently worth $1.75 billion. In 2013, when coach Chip Kelly led the team to the top spot in the NFC East, the Eagles had $330 million in revenue.

The average NFL team is currently worth $1.43 billion, Forbes says. That’s the highest value in the 17 years Forbes has completed the financial analysis.

According to Forbes, the most valuable team in the NFL is the Dallas Cowboys, which is worth $3.2 billion. Second on the list is the New England Patrios, with a value of $2.6 billion. The Washington Redskins came in third at a value of $2.4 billion.

Valued at $930 million, the St. Louis Rams is the least valuable team in the league, according to Forbes’ data.
