Greater BucksMont Chamber Announces 2021 Scholarship Winners

And Annual Golf Outing

The Greater BucksMont Chamber of Commerce has announced its 2021 scholarship winners.Every year,the Chamber’s Scholarship Committee solicits and receives scholarship applications, and chooses the winners amonggraduating seniors from William Tennent High School, Archbishop Wood High School and Middle Bucks Institute of Technology. The winners from each school are awarded a $1,000 scholarship.

This year’s scholarship winners are:

  • Mairin Dulin, a student at Archbishop Wood, who plans to attend Ave Maria University, where her major will be Biologic Sciences/Pre-Med.
  • Logan Meritz, a student at William Tennent High School, who plans to attend Carnegie Mellon University, where her major will be Chemical Engineering.
  • An Binh Tran, a student at Middle Bucks Institute of Technology, who plans to attend University of Pittsburgh.

“It is a great pleasure to award these scholarships to seniors from area high schools.”said Judy Doherty, Executive Director of the Chamber. “These young people are among the best and brightest in our community. We at the Chamber wish them all the best in their future endeavors.”

The scholarships for high school seniors are funded by a portion of the proceeds from the Chamber’s Annual Scholarship Golf Outing. This year’s Golf Outing will take place on June 10, 2021 at the 5 Ponds Golf Course, located at1225 West Street Road in Warminster, PA. Registration starts at 8:00 a.m. and there is a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m. Major sponsors to date include: Hatboro Federal Savings, Libertas Consulting, Colonial Volkswagen/Subaru, Brenner Dental and Servpro of Warminster/Lansdale/Blue Bell.
