Bucks Co. Snow Totals From Monday's Quick-Moving Storm
A "burst of snow" late Monday morning and early Monday afternoon added to Bucks County's massive recent snowfall total.
BUCKS COUNTY, PA — The start of a new week meant a new snowstorm making its way across Bucks County. The quick-moving storm prompted early school dismissals Monday and made roadways treacherous during the late morning and early afternoon.
The latest "burst of snow" was heavy, but quick. Snow started in parts of the county late Monday morning and appeared to be dying down by early Monday afternoon. But as of noon, 2.5 inches had already fallen in Doylestown and snow was still coming down hard.
It looks like we may be in for a respite from the latest snowy trend. According to the National Weather Service, the forecast for the rest of this work week calls for clear skies, with high temperatures rising into the 40s.
