Little League World Series Cancelled Due To Rain, Pa. Team Set For Friday

Red Land is scheduled to play on Friday against Midwest Region and Missouri champion team, Webb City Little League.

All Little League World Series games have been cancelled for Thursday due to rain and thunderstorms moving across the region and affecting the Williamsport area.

The opening ceremonies, also scheduled for Thursday, have been postponed as well.

Red Land, Pennsylvania’s champion and the representative for the Mid-Atlantic region in the tournament, is not scheduled to play until Friday at 8 p.m.
