Pennsylvania Snow Totals For 1/4/18 Storm

A powerful winter storm arrived to the Philadelphia area Thursday morning, bringing snow, wind and frigid temperatures. Residents who woke up to little or no snow may have questioned the forecasts and the early rush to close schools, but soon after 7 a.m., snow began falling at a steady pace. As much as an inch per hour was expected.
