WARRINGTON, PA — Playa Bowls is opening a fourth location in Bucks County, the franchise announced this week.

The New Jersey-based restaurant chain is opening a shop in the Shops at Valley Square, 1609 Main Street, Warrington. The store will be run by local entrepreneurs Jim and Sue Dale.

Playa Bowls offers creative bowls where customers can choose from a variety of bases made with so-called "superfoods", including pure acai berry, pitaya fruit, chia seeds, coconuts, kale and bananas, layered with toppings and fresh fruits, seeds, nuts, granola, dried berries and nut butters. They also offer a selection of oatmeal bowls, fruit juices and smoothies.
