Services Set For Warminster Boy, 8, Killed In Street Road Crash

Services have been set for the 8-year-old Warminster boy who died in a crash earlier this month.

Services will be held this weekend for the 8-year-old Warminster boy killed in a crash on Street Road earlier this month.

The crash happened around 9:30 p.m. along the 300 block of Street Road in Upper Southampton. The boy, identified as Daniel Klaus, was found unconscious at the scene. He was flown to CHOP following the crash but succumbed to his injuries Tuesday, April 10.

Daniel Thomas Klaus of Warminster died Tuesday, April 10, 2018. He was 8.

Daniel was born in Abington Memorial Hospital and had attended pre-school at Nativity of Our Lord School. He was presently in 3rd grade at McDonald Elementary School in Warminster. Danny loved sports and played football, baseball as well as basketball with the Willow Grove Bears. He also enjoyed video games, cars, animals, and especially his family.

Daniel was the beloved son of Kelly Colbridge; maternal grandson of Kim Colbridge and the late Thomas J.; paternal grandson of Daniel Francis Klaus; great-grandson of Alice Rominiecki and Patricia Klaus; nephew of Kevin and Lori Colbridge, Tara and Rachael Klaus, and Haydn Osborne-Klaus; and cousin of Abby “Marcie-Girl”, Robert and Al.

He is also survived by many other “Aunts”, “Uncles” and “Cousins”. Family and friends are invited to Daniel’s Life Celebration from 9:30 to 11:15 a.m. Saturday, April 21, in Nativity of Our Lord Church, 605 W. Street Road, Warminster, PA 18974, and to participate in his funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m.

Interment will be private.
