Tabata, Brain-Based Parenting, Stability Ball: The Week Ahead
Here are a few things to look forward to this week in the Warminster area.

Monday: Tabata Boot Camp, Warminster Department of Parks and Recreation, 1101 Little Ln. In this amazing class you willwork the lower body, upper body, core and cardio as well as burn fat, gain muscle and lose inches! The best part is you’ll meet three times a week for only 30 minutes!. $50, 9 a.m.
Tuesday: Brain-Based Parenting, ATG Learning Academy, 955 Louis Dr, Warminster. This presentation will be about a Brain Based Model of Parent-Child Relationships: The Neuroscience of Secure Attachment and Strong Family Bonds. Dr. Baylin will present recent brain research about forming and maintaining positive connections and how “mindful” parenting helps children grow and thrive. Free, 7:30 p.m.
Wednesday: Acoustic OPEN MIC at Squirrel Murphy's, Squirrel Murphy's, 872 E Street Rd, Warminster. Rock The Open Mic was born upon the concept of bring more to the open mic scene than just getting up & playing. Free, 9 p.m.
