Warminster Budget Presented, Thanksgiving This Week
Check out what's happening in Warminster this week.
- The Warminster board of supervisors will consider approving the 2014 draft budget proposal Monday night at 7 p.m. at the township administration building.
- The Centennial School Board meets Tuesday night at 7 p.m. at the district administration building. The agenda includes a presentation by the ad hoc Land and Property Use committee that will recommend what to do with Hart Elementary and the administration building.
- Thanksgiving is this week, of course. All schools and public offices and buildings will be closed Thursday for the holiday.Â
- The next day is Black Friday. Will you be shopping or will you wait until Small Business Saturday?
- The winter chill is going to hang around this week, with temperatures in the mid-30s and possible rain on Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service.
