Warminster Library To Collaborate With Free Lunch Program

The partnership will take place starting the week of June 21, which coincides with the library's summer reading program.

WARMINSTER, PA —The Warminster Township Free Library will bring kits and library services to the Centennial School District’s free lunch program this summer. Each week, the library will select a location to visit and bring 50 craft kits to the facility for families to bring home.

Craft video tutorials are available on the library’s YouTube channel. The kits will also include a financial literacy packet to help families prepare for emergencies and save for higher education.

“We are excited to be a part of this vital program. Not only will we be able to interact and connect with part of our community, but we can also bring our summer programs and resources directly to these families. We want everyone in our community to know the library is here to support and help them, and this goes a long way to deliver that message,” said Ann Duffy, the youth services librarian.
