Chesterbrook Academy in Exton Celebrates Earth Day

Students planted in their school's garden, released ladybugs, created "kindness rocks" and hosted a "recycled fashion show"

Students at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Exton recently celebrated Earth Day with a variety of environmentally friendly activities. From April 19-22, students planted flowers in their school’s garden, released 1,500 ladybugs onto the plants to act as a natural pesticide, created “kindness rocks” to place throughout their schoolyard, and hosted a fashion show wearing outfits made from recycled materials. Chesterbrook Academy teaches the importance of community and exploring nature at an early age.
