West Chester police searching for robbery suspect
The suspect is accused of robbing a store in the 100 block of East Market Street and fleeing with over $1000.
West Chester Police are investigating a robbery that took place Thursday at 3:34 p.m. at a store in the 100 block of East Market Street.
According to West Chester police:
The robbery suspect entered the store and demanded money from the store owner.The suspect wrestled with the victim for a short time before fleeing the store with over $1,000.
The suspect is described as a Black male 5 foot 7 inches, medium build, last seen wearing a black hoodie, pants turned inside out and Timberland boots.
Police seek assistance identifying the suspect.
