West Chester Snow Updates: Free Parking In The Borough
Nor'easter number four has arrived in West Chester. Here's what you need to know, including where to park for free.

WEST CHESTER, PA — Nor'easter number four has arrived in the West Chester area, and it looks to be a big one. Snow totals of around a foot or more could hit the Chester County area through Wednesday night, with the heaviest snow coming in the middle of the day.
A snow emergency is in effect in West Chester through midnight. Snow emergency routes must be cleared of parked vehicles to allow plows to come through.
On certain blocks, parking is restricted automatically once snowfall is greater than four inches. Those blocks include:

- North Church St. - Between Biddle and Virginia Ave
- North Walnut St. - Between Evans St and Marshall St.
- West Miner St. - Between Church St and Wayne St.
- South Walnut St. - Between Nields St. and Union St.

- Officials are urging residents to keep off the roads unless absolutely necessary.
