Episode one of my new podcast Convey: Conversations on the Power of Good Communication is now available.

In this episode, my guest is Rod Hughes, Vice President and Partner, Kimball Hughes Public Relations. Rod and I talk about the communication challenges we’ve all faced during the COVID-19 crisis, the importance of a crisis communication plan for every organization, and how good, honest, and transparent communication can help empower a strong recovery as we emerge from the crisis.
