- Restaurants, bars: Open at owner's discretion, though many close on Mondays anyway
- Banks: Closed
- Libraries: Closed
- Stock market: Open
- Municipal, state, federal offices: Closed
- Mail: Post offices closed; express delivery only
- RIPTA: Regular weekday schedule
- Trash Collection: Both Bristol and Warren's trash and recycling pickup will be delayed by one day due to the holiday.
