Bristol Police Dept. Receives AAA's Award For Pedestrian Safety

BRISTOL, RI - The Bristol Police Department recently received AAA's 2019 Gold Award for Pedestrian Safety.

In addition to this honor, Patrolman Kyle Batista was awarded the 2019 AAA Traffic Safety Hero Award.

AAA Community Traffic Safety Awards are presented to communities for their efforts to improve local traffic safety for all modes of travel through the three E’s of traffic safety: education, enforcement and engineering.
