Knives and plates were observed stored adjacent to handsink. Utensils and plates shall be stored away from handsink to prevent possible contamination when washing hands. Staff moved knives and plates to a different location.

The floors in prep area, where salad station is located, are constructed of unsealed cement which is not durable, easily cleanable or nonabsorbent. The materials for indoor floors must be durable, easily cleanable and nonabsorbent for areas suject to moisture such as food preparation areas, walk-in refrigerators, warewashing areas and toilet rooms.

Water leakage was observed from pipe of 3 bay sink. Pipe shall be repaired. The physical facilities must be maintained in good repair. Service have been contacted.
