Bristol's 4th Of July Concert Series Kicks Off June 20
14 nights of concerts will be held at Roger Williams University, leading up to the July 4 celebration.
BRISTOL, RI — Bristol's annual summer concert series kicks off June 20, part of the town's more than monthlong celebration leading up to July 4.
The annual concert series was canceled in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
This year's concert s will be held at Roger Williams University, with 14 concerts scheduled from June 20 to July 3. Attednees will be asked to use the Metacom Avenue entrance, and to set up chairs and blankets no earlier than 5 p.m.

All concerts will be free to the public, and preregistration is not required. Animals and alcohol are strictly prohibited. Mask-wearing will be encouraged for unvaccinated people, though not required. Attendees will be asked to maintain social distancing by keeping a three-foot space between themselves and other parties.
Food vendors will be on-site, and outside food will be permitted.

- June 21: 88th Army Band, starts 7 p.m.
- June 22: Steve Smith and The Nakeds, starts 7 p.m.
- June 23: The Accused Band, starts 6:30 p.m; Emily Luther, starts 7:45 p.m.
- June 24: Back in the Day: starts 6:30 p.m.; Barefoot Rebel, starts 7:45 p.m.
- June 25: The Khoury Sisters, starts 6:30 p.m.; 7 Day Weekend, starts 7:45 p.m.
- June 26: Jon Tyler, starts 6:30 p.m.; Crushed Velvet, starts 7:45 p.m.
- June 27: Changes in Latitude, starts 7 p.m.
- June 28: Gerry Grimo and the East Bay Jazz, starts 6:30 p.m.; Reminisce, starts 7:45 p.m.
- June 29: Andre Arsenault, starts 6:30 p.m.; Country Wild Band, starts 7:45 p.m.
- June 30: World Premier Band, starts 7 p.m.
- July 1: Sirsy, starts 6:30 p.m.; Colby James and The Ramblers, starts 7:45 p.m.
- July 2: Charlie Marie, starts 6:30 p.m.; Blue FOs, starts 7:45 p.m.
