Kids Summer Arts Camp at Linden Place

This weekday camp, for ages 6-14, is focused on the arts and gives children a chance to be creative and expressive in a fun and friendly environment. Camp takes place on the beautiful, historic grounds of Linden Place Mansion in Bristol, Rhode Island. Each day, campers get the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of artistic activities, including costume making, arts & crafts, writing and singing music, playmaking, creating dances and more! Each one-week session is centered on a fun theme and ends with a performance staged by the campers for friends and family.

There are two consecutive one-week sessions, July 6-10 and July 13-17. Week one, “It’s Easy Being Green!”, will explore new and enjoyable ways to become environmentally friendly. Week two’s theme is “Jazz It Up!”, focusing closely on the jazz-inspired city of New Orleans and its impact on culture, food and dance.
