Monday Essentials: Beauty and the Beast, Yoga, Line Dancing and More
Five things you need to know to conquer the week in Bristol and Warren.
1. Yoga in the Linden Place Gardens: Each class includes attention to alignment, breath-work, and flow and finishes with building core strength and relaxation, all within the tranquil, historic setting of Linden Place's gardens.
The Yoga offered is appropriate for all experience levels, from newcomers to those seeking to continue their practice while basking in a breathtaking atmosphere. Classes are every Monday from 4:30 p.m. - 5:45 p.m. Classes cost $15.
2. HealthSource RI Information Session: Interested in affordable, quality health insurance options? Head to the Rogers Free Library on Tuesday, July 30 at 5:30 p.m. and learn about a new option for health care in Rhode Island. HealthSource RI—Rhode Island's health benefits exchange—is a new one-stop marketplace for Rhode Islanders to find, compare and purchase affordable health insurance plans. HealthSource RI will allow small businesses and nonprofits (50 or fewer employees) maximum flexibility in selecting the insurance options that will best fit their health care needs.

4. Beauty and the Beast: The Bristol Theatre Company's Children's Theatre presents a cast of more than 60 children in Disney's Beauty and the Beast Jr. The players range from ages 6 - 18 years old and come from Bristol, Warren and across the East Bay.
Performances will be Aug. 1 - 3 at 7:30 p.m. at Mt. Hope High School in Bristol. Matinee performances will be at 2 p.m. on Aug. 3 and 4. Tickets cost from $12 - $25. Line Dancing Party: Join Bristol and Warren residents in the Community Hall at the Benjamin Church Manor, 1014 Hope St., Bristol, on Friday, Aug. 2 from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m for a morning of line dancing and fun.
