Police Identify Man Run Over At Bristol Dunkin Donuts

BRISTOL, RI — Police have identified the man who died getting running over by a delivery truck laying down in a Dunkin Donuts drive-thru.

Bristol Police identified him Tuesday as Jose Garcia Acosta, 46 a Mexican citizen who was living in Bristol.

The accident was reported at 1:56 a.m. on August 15. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
