NARRAGANSETT, RI—As of 7 a.m. National Grid's outage map showed two problems affecting 26 customers, but the company was still assessing the situation. There was no estimated recovery time listed.
Both outages are near Cmdr. Oliver Hazard Perry Memorial Highway.
