BRISTOL-WARREN, RI —Monday is Victory Day, a holiday commemorating World War II only celebrated in Rhode Island.
The holiday, is celebrated the second Monday in August. WPRI reported that Rhode Island and Arkansas were the only states to ever celebrate the holiday.
