Warren Police: Pot Possession, Drunken-Driving and Domestic Charges

The Warren Police Department made the following arrests last week:
- Phedra E. Stravato, 28, of 65 St. Elizabeth St. Apt. 5, Bristol, was arrested on Monday, July 22 at 8:45 p.m. on a warrant issued by the East Providence Police Department. Warren Police released Stravato to East Providence Police following her arrest.
- Jacob Harvey, 31, of 23 Bourne Ave., Tiverton, was arrested on Tuesday, July 23 at 6:32 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana - first offense, a misdemeanor after he was arrested at the intersection of Market and Mason streets. Warren Police allegedly found Harvey in possession of just over an ounce of marijuana.
- Sean V. Fisher, 18, of 16 Thompson St. Apt. 2, Warren, was arrested on Wednesday, July 24 at 1:53 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and domestic disorderly conduct after a caller reported to police that her brother kicked his girlfriend and refused to allow her to leave his residence.
- Leo G. Grimes, 37, of 32 Third St. Apt. 310, Warren, was arrested on Wednesday, July 24 at 2:21 p.m. and charged with driving under the influence, first offense, following a minor car crash on Metacom Avenue. Grimes car was towed from the scene and his blood alcohol level was allegedly more than .15.
- Charles R. McCarten, 50, of 15 Cutler St. Apt. 12, Warren, was arrested on Thursday, July 25 at 1:31 p.m. on a bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court.
- James H. Alden, 49, of 15 Church St., Warren, was arrested on Thursday, July 25 at 7:51 p.m. on a bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court.
- Andre Dion McDaniel, 33, of 22 Laurel Lane, Warren, was arrested on Saturday, July 27 at 3:58 p.m. on a Sixth Division District court bench warrant. He was arraigned and released later that day.
- Jesse W. Lewis, 33, of 175 Water St., Warren, was arrested on Sunday, July 28 at 12:10 a.m. and charged with simple assault, vandalism, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct - for alleged fighting and tumultuous behavior - and a second count of disorderly conduct for allegedly exposing his genitals.
- Joseph Caravelho, 41, of 136 Main St. Apt. 3, Warren, was arrested on Sunday, July 27 at 12:10 a.m. and charged with domestic vandalism, domestic disorderly conduct and resisting legal arrest.
