Water Restrictions Start Wednesday For East Bay Pipeline Repair
Water restrictions for Bristol, Warren and Barrington residents will be in place for the duration of repairs to the East Bay pipeline.

BRISTOL-WARREN, RI — Water restrictions in Bristol, Warren and Barrington tart Wednesday and could last into the summer as crews work to repair a leak in the area's main water supply pipeline. During the repairs, the East Bay pipeline will be completely shut off, with water coming from an alternate supply in East Providence. The water restrictions will not affect East Providence residents.
Water supply and pressure will not decrease for residents or municipal areas such as fire hydrants, but residents are required to cut down on unnecessary water usage. This means all outdoor use is banned and indoor use should be limited.
