BRISTOL, RI — Josh and Allie Longinow are both doctors who live in Ohio. Growing up, Allie used to spend summers at her grandparents' home in Charlestown, so she knew as soon as they got engaged that she wanted to get married in the Ocean State.

The pair booked Blitheworld historical mansion in Bristol for Sept. 6, not realizing the coronavirus pandemic would upend their plans entirely.

"The year 2020 brought us nothing but heartache and extreme fatigue fighting a pandemic as doctors on the front line but our love for each other persevered," Allie said. "We were extremely lucky, as our intended wedding of 125 people ended up being 45 guests on an extremely beautiful day at stunning Blithewold."
