What To Know About Getting The Coronavirus Vaccine In Bristol

Residents 75 years and older can sign up for the town's vaccine waiting list.

BRISTOL, RI — Bristol residents 75 years old and up can sign up for the town's COVID-19 vaccine waiting list.

Residents can sign up for the waiting list on the town's website. At this time, only residents ages 75 and older are eligible to sign up. Prior to receiving their vaccine, residents will need to show a photo ID to prove their age.

"The Town of Bristol is partnering with the Rhode Island Department of Health to distribute the COVID-19 vaccine to local residents in a safe, efficient manner," town officials said.

As vaccine doses become available from the Department of Health, town employees will work their way through the waiting list. The first doses are expected to be available starting the week of Feb. 14.

Vaccines will be administered by appointment only at the Bristol Quinta-Gamelin Community Center at 101 Asylum Rd.
