Which RI Beaches Are Closed For Friday?
Conimicut Point Beach in Warwick, and the Slack Reservoir (on the Greenville/ Johnston line) will stay closed for swimming.
BRISTOL, RI — Bristol Town Beach in Bristol, and Sandy Point Beach in Portsmouth are safe for swimming now, but Conimicut Point Beach in Warwick will stay closed for swimming due to high bacteria counts, the state said.
Also, the Slack Reservoir (on the Johnston/Greenville line) remains closed due to blue-green algae.
