Artists' Exchange To Hold 14th One-Act Play Festival
Come celebrate the arts in Cranston this summer by attending one of 10 one-act plays at the Intimate Theater.

CRANSTON, RI — Cranston-based Artists' Exchange is celebrating the theater this summer with its 14th annual One Act Play Festival. From July 11 to 27, 27 actors will perform 10 original one-act plays at the Intimate Theater 82 in Cranston.
Performances will be held on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings at 7 p.m. at the Intimate Theater at 82 Rolfe Square. Tickets can be purchased for $15 in advance or they will be available at the door for $20. Beer and wine will be available from a cash bar before and during the show.
The shows include a variety of genres, including both comedies and dramas as a way of representing a range of emotions and walks of life.

The plays were written by a combination of local, regional and national playwrights. The directors are Jessica Chace, Tom Chace, Lauren Annicelli and Rhiannon Annin, with original music by Parker Chace and lighting design by Alexander Sprague.

The Artists' Exchange relies on donations and sponsorships to put on the festival each year. Sponsorships begin at $500 for companies and $250 for individuals. Donations can be made on the organization's website. All donations to the non-profit organization are tax-deductible.
