Cranston Softball Team Plays Hardball Out West!

The Cranston Budlong Softball team, now known as "USA East," continue to fight the good fight in Kirkland Washington!

USA East had an exciting win against Bologna, Italy on Sunday. Although they took a loss on Monday against Utah, USA West, that didn't stop them. They came back on Tuesday against USA Southwest, Texas, with a 10-6 win.

Last night, the girls took in a Seattle Mariners game making it on to the Jumbotron! Something I always dream about when I attend a ball game!

Today, USA East plays against Latin America at 1:30PM. Remember girls, your hometown of Cranston is behind you all the way. As Amanda Scarborough, a sportscaster and former softball pitcher, once said, "Take it one pitch at a time. Take it one day at a time."
