The Cranston resident and her dad took a tour with the Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston.
From Joslin Diabetes Center: Cranston resident Maddy Di Bennedetto (age 8) and her father, Nick, toured Fenway Park with fellow pediatric diabetes patients at Joslin Diabetes Center, their families, and Joslin pediatrics staff. Despite some rain, the group kept in high spirits as they learned about the historic baseball park. The Fenway tour is one of many Joslin events aiming to encourage pediatric patients and their families to foster relationships with each other to build a personal network.
