I am currently dealing with the Predatory Lender Ocwen.
I am wondering How many in the State of Rhode Island are dealing with the same fraudulent issues? Payments not applied correctly? Payments being sent back and Ocwen asking for thousands more in return? No monthly statements?
They are currently not allowed to service any new mortgages in Rhode Island and are supposed to obide by certain rules. In which they do not.

I have reached out to the Attorney General's office. The Governor's Office and hired a Rhode Island Attorney.
I have not received any good help yet!! All to pass the buck and say there is nothing they can do!
Why is Florida and many other states protecting their residents?
