'Puppy Shower' Planned For 10 Adoptable Puppies
The East Greenwich Animal Protection League, Heart of Rhode Island is hoping to find homes for a litter of 10 puppies.
CRANSTON, RI — The East Greenwich Animal Protection League Heart of Rhode Island is holding a "Puppy Shower" to help find homes for a littler of 10 puppies and collect donations for the organization. Attendees are encouraged to bring a "baby gift" to the event, which promises an afternoon with food, games and, of course, plenty of puppy love.
The shower will be held on Dec. 8 from 1 to 3 p.m. at 44 Worthington Rd. in Cranston. "Mom" Candace and her litter have a registry at Target, which includes essentials the shelter needs from paper towels and other cleaning supplies to stuffed toys to food for a wide variety of food.
Anyone interested in going through the pre-approval adoption process before the event is encouraged to stop by the shelter before the day of the event.
