Rhode Island Again Offering Seasonal Flights To Nantucket

WARWICK, RI — Seasonal airline service to Nantucket is back for the summer. Southern Airways is offered daily flights from Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport to Nantucket Memorial Airport.

Flights start at $79, the airline said, with discounts for frequent travelers.

"We’re thrilled to resume daily flights from Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport to Nantucket," said Mark Cestari, the chief commercial officer at Southern Airways Express. "A great getaway is never far away as we know many are looking forward to traveling to Nantucket with its beautiful beaches, spectacular spots for hiking, quaint village spaces, exquisite dining, shopping, history and more this summer."

Flights depart Rhode Island at 10:10 each morning and 1:35 p.m., arriving in Nantucket in under an hour. Flights back to Rhode Island depart the island at 8:35 and 11:50 each morning.
