CRANSTON, RI—Scary weather is predicted for Saturday when a nor-easter is expected to bring wind, rain and possibly power outages. So far, just the Roger Williams Park Zoo is cancelling Saturday night's Spectacular, due to weather. The zoo said the tickets will be honored on the other nights.
